Ne Zha 1:

The Age of Darkness is a 2023 Chinese animated fantasy film and a sequel to Ne Zha (2019). After the destruction of the Heavenly Realm, Ne Zha faces new threats, including a dark force seeking to destroy his home and loved ones. After the events of the first film,

Ne Zha and his friend Ao Bing are hit by divine lightning which destroys their bodies. Their souls are saved by their master, Taiyi Zhenren,

Ao Guang, Ao Bing’s father and the Dragon King of the East Sea, believing his son dead, orders his forces (including demons) to attack Chentang Pass. Ao Bing defends the pass but his body disintegrates due to the strain. [Wikipedia]

To solve the problem, they made a deal :

For seven days Ne Zha and Ao Bing will share Ne Zha’s body. During that time they must complete “three trials” set by the Immortal Wuliang. If they succeed, they’ll win a potion that can restore the Sacred Lotus and give Ao Bing a new body. [Wikipedia]
